Etienne loves to eat - he is the total opposite of Cezanne who, I think, would rather walk over hot coals than sit and eat anything. We helps you feed him if you are too slow and so far has not rejected anything even if it takes a few mouthfuls to become a custom to the taste of a new food. He has had prunes, pear, squash and apples and has also had both rice and oat cereals. The boy is continuing to grow at an alarming rate and is well over the 20lbs mark !

We have no routine. With 2 kids there is no such thing. The only thing routine in out house is that they wake up when ever they want to and demand all our attention all day until they pass out at night from exhaustion. We love them both more than anything in the world !

So in order to get ready in time to make it to gymnastics or school, Lanelle has Etienne play on his play mat while she gets ready. Cezanne loves to join her brother on the mat…

Valentines Day - but for Etienne it was his first “solid” food meal. We took some pictures and it made us think back to the many photos I took of Cezanne in her eating seat, mainly because it was the one place she would sit still long enough to take her picture…

Our well visit follow-up and 2 shots ( DTP & HIB ) and the little dude did so well not shedding a tear until it was all over and he suddenly realized that he had been poked. What a champ. Mommy was on hand to quickly distract him before he could start crying. Good job !
